本計畫由知名學者、現役SAT和AP升學考試之官方寫作資深評分官及得獎英語教師 P. Kavanagh 規劃、主持，並親授部分課程。為南加州最有系統、最具成效的初、高中生高階英文輔導課程。
本課程能高效訓練學生的限時寫作技巧(Timed Essay Writing Skills)、SAT/AP字彙、文法(含圖解文法Diagramming Grammar)、明辨性閱讀能力(Critical Reading)。6~12年級分級上課，能在12個月內養成高出同儕1~2年(甚至更高)的英文總體能力，加強大學升學力度。

If you are interested in gaining admission to the top colleges within the United States, it is imperative to recognize the differences and similarities in the three preeminent high-stakes tests in English: SAT (critical reading and writing); Advanced Placement English Language and Composition; and Advanced Placement English Literature and Composition.
As a college admission’s officer reviews an applicant’s transcripts, results on each of these tests define a student’s potential at a university. Success with these exams remains the benchmark, the most accurate assessments possible under timed and calibrated restrictions and conditions.
Each test requires very specific and individualized training. Approximately 40% of each exam has
similar skill sets and requirements; 60% of test preparation develops distinct craftsmanship in English.
Ultimately, there are a number of gifted students. Unfortunately, far fewer gifted students are aptly prepared to think critically, interpret skillfully, and write lucidly. Many tutors are well-educated, yet poorly trained. Those who prepare a young scholar for any internationally recognized test should have extensive experience scoring live essays for Pearson (SAT) and ETS (advanced placement exams). Very few educators are repeatedly hired by these companies to score because few can master holistic calibration. (A trained scorer judges the total piece of writing in terms of predefined criteria. Holistic scoring assumes that the skills that make up the ability to write are closely interrelated. Scorers do not grade the response by enumerating its mechanical, grammatical, or linguistic weaknesses. A competent and trained scorer considers the integration of four writing elements: focus, organization, support, and conventions.)
